What you'll do:

The Marketing Manager, Customer Growth & Field Engagement will play a highly visible role in helping QXO strengthen relationships and drive growth with Spanish-speaking contractors, business owners, crews, and community partners across priority markets.

This individual will serve as an external ambassador for QXO and an internal champion for customer growth, partnering across Sales, Branch Operations, Marketing, Digital, Communications, HR, Learning & Development, regional leadership, and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives in the field, can communicate professionally in both Spanish and English, and can translate customer and field insights into practical strategies that drive measurable business growth. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up by creating the tools, relationships, programs, training, events, and repeatable field model that will help QXO better reach, serve, and grow Spanish-speaking customers across the organization.

This is a field-forward role requiring approximately 50% travel. The individual will regularly represent QXO at customer and community events, lead training sessions, speak to internal and external audiences, and coordinate field events and activations across priority markets.

This role can be based out of: Herndon, VA; Coppell, TX; and/or Atlanta, GA

Build Relationships & Represent QXO in the Market
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for QXO with Spanish-speaking contractors, customers, business owners, and community partners.
  • Develop trusted relationships with contractors, customers, trade organizations, vendors, community partners, and industry influencers.
  • Spend significant time in the field through branch visits, customer meetings, community engagement, training sessions, events, and market activations.
  • Represent QXO as a confident and engaging public speaker at customer events, industry meetings, community programs, training sessions, and other external engagements.
  • Strengthen QXO visibility and credibility with Spanish-speaking contractor and business communities across priority markets.

Build & Scale the Customer Growth Strategy
  • Develop a repeatable field engagement model that helps branches and sales teams attract, serve, and grow Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, and regional leadership to identify priority markets, customer opportunities, and local growth strategies.
  • Develop practical playbooks, tools, field routines, and resources that can be scaled across markets.
  • Build and support a network of internal champions who can help drive adoption and engagement locally.
  • Gather feedback from customers and field teams to continuously improve the approach and scale what works.

Lead Events, Training & Field Engagement
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events, community activations, field training sessions, and other market-facing programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, branch teams, and vendor partners.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions in Spanish and English for sales, branch, customer-facing, and external audiences.
  • Coordinate event and training logistics, content, speakers, materials, partners, and follow-up to ensure a consistent and professional experience.
  • Coach sales, branch, and customer-facing teams on building trust and effectively serving Spanish-speaking contractors and business owners.

Partner Across Marketing, Digital & Communications
  • Serve as an internal subject matter resource on Spanish-speaking contractor and customer engagement.
  • Advise Marketing, Digital, Communications, Creative, and Social Media teams on messaging, content, campaigns, customer education, and Spanish-language materials.
  • Bring insights from customers and the field back into QXO to help ensure messaging is relevant, authentic, and effective.
  • Partner with manufacturer and vendor partners to develop co-funded programs that support customer engagement and growth.

Drive Measurable Business Impact
  • Partner with FP&A and business leaders to establish meaningful success measures for customer growth initiatives.
  • Track performance across sales growth, new and reactivated accounts, customer engagement, digital adoption, event effectiveness, training outcomes, and field adoption.
  • Use customer feedback, field insights, and business data to identify opportunities and continuously improve programs.
  • Provide regular updates to Marketing and Sales leadership on progress, successes, barriers, and recommendations.

Strengthen Field Capability & Talent
  • Partner with HR and field leadership to support the attraction, hiring, development, and retention of bilingual Spanish-English talent in priority markets.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create practical training that strengthens customer understanding, engagement, and field confidence.
  • Help build greater capability across QXO field teams to effectively engage and support Spanish-speaking customers.

What you'll bring:

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English;

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, sales enablement, customer growth, community engagement, multicultural marketing, training, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully engaging Spanish-speaking customers, contractors, business owners, or community organizations.
  • Strong field presence and enthusiasm for spending significant time in branches, customer meetings, local markets, training sessions, and community settings.
  • Strong public-speaking and facilitation skills, with demonstrated comfort presenting and delivering training to groups of varying sizes.
  • Experience coordinating and executing customer events, community activations, training programs, or similar field-based initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly and represent QXO professionally with external audiences.
  • Ability to influence and drive action across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect customer engagement initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including regular travel to branches, customer meetings, community events, training sessions, and priority markets.
