About this role: The Marketing Manager, Commercial is the strategic lead for growth across Ubique's commercial furniture business, with a primary focus on the Flash Furniture Workplace and Education initiatives. This role owns go-to-market strategy, sharpens brand positioning, and serves as the strategic point of contact that connects marketing to our most important commercial objectives. This role translates business goals into marketing programs that build awareness, drive demand, and move the business forward, and joins Ubique's Brand & Content Marketing team, a collaborative, high-impact group that brings strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive brand, content, and go-to-market strategy for Flash Furniture's commercial priorities, including the Workplace and Education initiatives.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for cross-functional teams (sales, product, e-commerce, and agency partners), keeping marketing aligned to business objectives.
- Sharpen brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for commercial and B2B audiences.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, and launch strategies that support revenue growth.
- Own upper-funnel and paid social strategy for commercial initiatives, partnering with performance marketing on demand capture.
- Lead the marketing execution and go-to-market for the Workplace, Education, and other key verticals alongside the sales team.
- Define and track KPIs, translating performance into insight and action.
- Manage budgets and agency scopes tied to commercial initiatives
Qualifications:- 5+ years of brand, product, or marketing management experience, ideally with B2B or commercial audiences.
- Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing agency partners.
- Excellent positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills.
- Data-informed approach to planning and measurement.
- Furniture, home, or durable-goods experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
