The Role This position works directly with our CEO and owns the company's marketing, social media, advertising, and internal communications. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content themselves, not just managing it. About 80% of the role is marketing and communications. The remaining 20% is executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and special projects.
Marketing & Communications Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, including project spotlights, safety milestones, recruiting posts, and company culture.
Visit job sites to capture photos and video of crews, equipment, and completed work, following all site safety requirements.
Manage paid advertising for recruiting and business development, including digital ads, trade publications, and sponsorships, and track results against budget.
Maintain and update the company website with current projects, capabilities, and job openings.
Develop client-facing materials such as capability statements, project case studies, proposals support, brochures, and trade show displays.
Work with the CEO to write and produce messages for employees, including newsletters, video updates, announcements, and recognition programs.
Plan and run company events such as safety awards, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, client events, and community or charity involvement.
Coordinate branded apparel, signage, vehicle graphics, and promotional items.
Manage outside vendors such as photographers, printers, web developers, and agencies as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based, with regular visits to job sites and occasional travel within Arizona.
Some evening or weekend work for company events.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (event setup, camera equipment) and walk on uneven terrain at job sites.
Must hold a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements for driving company vehicles, if applicable.
