Job Description:Job Summary:As a Marketing Communications coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and related activities, including creative development, research, performance measurement, and internal alignment.
What you will do:Support Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution- Support business objectives and opportunities by helping develop and align effective marketing tactics.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including creative development, delivery, and stakeholder support.
- Manage marketing intake processes, workflow tools, and support requests to enable efficient project execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain effective internal communications within the marketing department to align strategies with changing organizational needs.
Research Markets and Identify Opportunities - Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Keep current on emerging promotional and marketing communication techniques, channels, tools, and methodologies.
- Apply research and insights to support relevant, customer-focused marketing recommendations.
Measure and Improve Marketing Effectiveness - Monitor campaign and channel metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and initiatives.
- Summarize performance findings and provide recommendations to improve future marketing activities.
- Support accurate, timely reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance marketing processes, content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
Collaborate Across Teams and External Partners - Work constructively with marketing partners, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Help clarify roles, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables for assigned work.
- Build productive relationships that support organizational goals and consistent marketing communications.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements, including coordination of logistics, materials, and communications.
Marketing Operations and Asset Management - Maintain and refresh marketing assets, content repositories, and resource libraries to ensure materials remain accurate, current, and accessible.
- Coordinate fulfillment of marketing materials, promotional items, shipping requests, and related logistics.
- Support budget administration, purchasing processes, and other marketing operational activities in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain tracking systems, content inventories, links, and documentation to support governance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Top Candidates Will Also Have:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, or other channels.
- Experience monitoring campaign performance and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, workflow automation, and process optimization is preferred. Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics, content management, or creative tools is also preferred.
Additional Information:- This position is located in Irving, TX.
- Travel up to 25% is required.
