Opportunity Overview

Teradyne Memory is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support business operations that enable scalable growth across our Memory Division. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner supporting Quote-to-Cash processes, new product commercialization, order fulfillment, forecasting activities, and continuous process improvements. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain product configurations based on customer requirements.
  • Create and manage bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product releases through prototype and pre-production stages.
  • Develop sales quotations, quote revisions, and factory pricing analyses to support margin objectives.
  • Establish and maintain product cost structures, list pricing, and pricing records within Salesforce, Oracle, and Fusion systems.
  • Manage forecasted production slots and coordinate order bookings, delivery schedules, and manufacturing capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with factory teams to adjust slot allocations and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Support reports, key business metrics, ERF documentation, and factory quotation activities.
  • Coordinate RMA activities including product returns, replacements, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Enhance Salesforce functionality and drive process improvement initiatives across business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, supply chain planning, financial planning, business operations, or program management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain operations, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Fusion, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams and geographic regions.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $87,900-$140,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
