Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate IOS acquisition opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Develop a robust pipeline by building strong relationships with key industry contacts.
• Lead the leasing processes including tenant sourcing and vacancy marketing.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with acquisitions and asset management for reports and presentations.
• Support due diligence efforts during acquisition processes.
• Engage in ad hoc projects supporting the investment team's goals.
