Key Responsibilities- Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts.
- Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
- Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.
- Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.
- Provide technical support to operations as needed.
Required Qualifications- BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in both self-directed and team environments.
- Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
