THE WORK

Production Test Center system planning support for receipt and install of CFE/GFE equipment.

Equipment Logistics & Coordination
• Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of all GFE and CFE equipment.
• Track and document equipment is arriving per schedule to meet system installation milestone dates.
• Follow through to problem resolution on late arriving equipment.
• Plan truck loads and coordinate with Traffic Dept. for the timely delivery of equipment to the Pureland Warehouse.

Documentation & Compliance
• Create incoming equipment paperwork, pedigrees, SPTRMs, and barcode labels.
• Maintain the PAIDS database for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management to produce UID labels for received equipment that is not UID compliant.
• Create DD250's for sell off of GFE and CFE equipment.
• Prepare and generate media labels and DD250 paperwork for AEGIS computer program sell off.

Installation & Delivery Support
• Plan, document and coordinate the timely installation of equipment to meet system operating schedules.
• Follow through to problem resolution on any installation problems that may affect meeting a milestone date.
• Plan and coordinate the array and director installation / removal effort from the deckhouses.
• Assist Stage 7 Coordinator in monitoring the pack and ship effort so that all contract delivery date milestones are met.

You are a detail-oriented professional with a technical understanding of AEGIS equipment and a proven ability to build effective relationships within a team environment. You possess the organizational skills necessary to manage complex logistics and the proficiency to maintain critical databases and reports.

A level 2 employee is an early professional and typically has 1 to 2+ years of professional experience.

Standard Job Description

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications
• Ability to obtain and Maintain a Secret Level Clearance.
• Ability to utilize various desktop/mainframe databases COS, EPDM, and CPM.
• Microsoft office proficiency to create and maintain reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work within a team environment building effective relationships with team and customers.
• Familiar with the AEGIS equipment and manufacturing process.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
