Standard Job DescriptionAs the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring the Machining Operations Center runs smoothly and on schedule by coordinating production planning, managing tooling, and optimizing material flow.

- Offline Asset Management
- Material Flow & Logistics Support
- Process Re-engineering & Continuous Improvement

Basic QualificationsCompleted bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
Microsoft office suite experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired SkillsDegree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Experience in high-mix, precision machining environment; prior exposure to tooling management or production support preferred
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
