Come join us in this exciting opportunity, leading the site Engineering functions at our Fairfield, OH. You will drive the industrialization and implementation of new production lines during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role will be responsible for both day-to-day manufacturing engineering leadership and the execution of major line transfers from sister facilities.
What Will You Do?
• Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and productivity.
• Own the industrialization and deployment of new production lines, equipment, processes, and product transfers into the site.
• Develop and execute project plans covering layout, equipment installation, process validation, staffing readiness, tooling, test capability, and production ramp-up.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Maintenance, and global sister sites to ensure successful transfer and launch execution.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, standard work, process optimization, capacity improvement, and structured problem solving.
• Lead and develop the Engineering team while balancing daily production support with large-scale capital and industrial projects.
• Establish robust commissioning, qualification, and handoff processes to ensure new lines achieve expected performance quickly and sustainably.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance functions.
• Experience in industrial project execution, line transfers, capital equipment implementation, and production ramp-up within a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership and management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies; certification is a plus.
• Project management experience, PMP a plus
This role will be critical to supporting an expected 2-3 years of hyper-growth and expanding manufacturing capability at the site.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
