Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
  • Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, work instructions, FMEAs, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Support capital equipment selection, procurement, installation, and validation
  • Train and support technical staff and operators on new equipment and process changes
  • Lead productivity and cost-reduction projects while supporting new product introductions

ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a driven Manufacturing Engineer to help us push boundaries in high-precision manufacturing. If you're energized by solving complex problems, driving process improvements, and seeing your ideas come to life on the production floor, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative team that values innovation, ownership, and impact.

SHIFT: 7am-4pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALARY RANGE: $66,000 - $99,000

This is the full salary range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
