Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e. Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

What you get to do

Identify production requirements from various sources, including customers, regulatory bodies, industry standards, and internal company policies.

Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback on customer designs.

Develop production processes to meet requirements with respect to safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, delivery, and customer value.

Measure the efficiency of production processes and procedures and lead continuous improvement efforts around those processes.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and determine Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) for non-conformances within the production system.
What you bring to the Team

A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical degree.

Five to ten years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in controlled industries such as aerospace, medical, or nuclear, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Understanding of GD&T.

3D Modeling experience with SolidWorks preferred.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Problem-solving skills and formal problem-solving experience is a plus.

Understanding of risk identification and analysis.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, assembly, and composites/metallics fabrication.

Knowledge of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and their application to manufacturing systems.

Compensation Range: Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $75,000 to $120,000 plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plan. The actual pay may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
