  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCCA).
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update manufacturing documentation including work instructions.
  • Mentor and guide a small team of manufacturing engineering technicians.

Full Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Anoka, MN, you will own manufacturing projects from start to finish. You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis (RCCA) to implement effective, lasting solutions. The role involves managing Engineering Change Orders and supporting CAPEX requests while mentoring other engineering technicians along the way. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:
  • Lead manufacturing projects from start to finish, including creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests, including justification and implementation of new equipment.
  • Design and develop fixtures to support production and improve quality.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis (RCCA) to implement effective, lasting solutions.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and review/update manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions.

YOU HAVE:
