This is a second shift position which includes an 8% added pay differential.Primary responsibilities include engagement with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to manage production issues in the CCA assembly process. Attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an innovative approach will contribute to success in this role. The day-to-day responsibilities include resolution of production issues, initiate and contribute to process improvement and cost initiatives, cycle time reduction projects, and develop manufacturing process documentation. The desired candidate will be capable to work in a dynamic team environment. Extensive, on the job training, is provided.
What You Will Do- Translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation
- Dispositioning of discrepant hardware
- Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing process development and maintenance
- This position will require interaction across disciplines technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations and / or suppliers.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer - Experience with related military and industry standards and specifications
- Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Specialized Tooling Development (Jigs, Fixtures, Specialized Packaging Development)
- Experience in DFMA principles

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
