DescriptionManufacturing Engineer - Electronic AssemblyWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems. This role will drive process improvements, create technical documentation, support automation and controls initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

Salary: Commensurate with experience (includes salary + biannual bonus)
What You'll Do:- Design, develop, test, and implement electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems.
- Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Conduct assembly time studies and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with PLC programming, controls, and automation projects.
- Perform DFM and PFMEA analyses to improve product quality and manufacturability.
- Support project management activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, controllers, communications, and other controls technologies.
