Manufacturing Engineer (Fully Onsite Position)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience programming laser cutting systems, turret punches, and CNC press brakes.
• Experience with nesting software and optimizing material utilization.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage production data.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Program and fine-tune laser cutting machines, turret punches, and press brakes for efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean principles.
• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate new equipment installation, startup, and integration.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues alongside operators and engineering teams.
