Standard Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing operations that support high-quality, cost-effective production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, and material handling.
- Introduce new technologies and automation solutions (robotics, computer-aided manufacturing software, etc.) to improve efficiency and quality.
- Create and analyze 3-D model data to optimize processes and generate digital work instructions.
- Evaluate equipment and tool performance, including IoT devices, and initiate corrective actions to ensure reliability.
- Apply statistical process control and data-analytics solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering
related field.
- Knowledge of electro-assembly, industrial
processes, technical writing, and teaming.
- A good understanding of principles of DFMA.
- Working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma skills
and ability to identify process
issues/opportunities and implement cost-saving
solutions (Affordability)
- Understanding of GD&T, and experience with
manufacturing processes, precision
machining/tolerances, and assembly sequences
- CREO (Pro-E) experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to
obtain a DOD Secret clearance
Desired SkillsBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
