Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a
Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst to perform Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T) analysis for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; this position is not remote.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop MP&T analyses for new acquisition programs and major Engineering Change Proposals, with analysis reports, Manpower Analysis Reports and plans tied to milestone events.
- Facilitate the MP&T Integrated Product Teams, including briefings and minutes.
- Review new equipment training plans and curriculum products against Marine Corps training development standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies on training planning and take part in validation and verification of training materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree.
- 8 years in manpower, personnel and training analysis.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.
