Managing Veterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team in beautiful Torrance, CA.
Leadership & Mentorship:As Managing Veterinarian, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and growth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support and mentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the medical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative - we're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested in the success of those around them.
Who We're Looking For:We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong surgical and dental skills preferred
- Proven leadership ability - experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus
- A generous, collaborative spirit - someone who lifts up the team and fosters a positive, high-performing culture
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- A commitment to upholding our AAHA-accredited standards of care
Compensation & Benefits:- Base salary $180,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
- Up to $30,000 signing bonus
- Production based bonuses

- Treatment area with full surgical suite - 2 wet tables, 2 regular tables, and 2 surgery tables
