As a Managing Solution Consultant you will lead the Post-Acute Solution Consulting team, overseeing a group of Solution Consultants responsible for sales support, product demonstrations, and demo environment management. This role is accountable for ensuring demo environments are maintained and optimized, coordinating resources to meet sales priorities, supporting bids and proposals, and partnering closely with sales teams to deliver high-impact client presentations. You will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the team while actively participating in key, high-value demonstrations and client engagements. Post-acute healthcare experience is required.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Solution Consultants by providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure they are prepared and confident going into preparation for and delivery of sales presentations
Lead special projects like marketing research, whitepaper development, training, seminars, and other special assignments as defined by management
Manage master demo database for demo scenario maintenance and enhancements to demo setups to showcase the CareRecord in alignment with best practices.
Serve as a solution consultant by providing technical and product support for sales teams, presenting scripted and unscripted solution presentations at client, industry or internal events and coaching others to clearly articulate and promote Netsmart’s competitive advantages throughout the sales process.
Ensure responses to bid submissions and requests for proposals (RFPs) accurately reflect current state and the technology roadmap by contributing clinical and local workflow expertise as applicable, and sharing key RFP feedback with solution presenters
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of software pre-sales experience demonstrating solution feature and functionality OR
At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Services or post-acute setting with knowledge of associated clinical and revenue cycle workflows OR
At least 2 years of work experience with information systems, preferably in a clinical or financial healthcare setting
