Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (P.Eng, PMP, PE) preferred.
• 10+ years of disputes/claims consulting experience in construction and engineering industries.
• Recognized proficiency in delay analysis and forensic scheduling is required.
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and experience in developing or analyzing schedule delay models.
• Established presence in the Toronto legal/construction community with a track record of originating work. Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
