Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field
• 7 years of hands-on experience in plastic process molding (Blowmolding or Injection molding)
• 3 years managing engineering and skilled staff preferred
• RJG Master Molder certification is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math skills including ability to work with fractions and percentages
• Ability to work in both office and plant floor environments
