Own full lifecycle recruiting for BJ's Restaurant Support Center partnering with department leaders to build talent pipelines, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the best of our brand. This role leads through influence, not headcount, and is perfect for a recruiter who loves the craft and wants to make a real impact.
How You'll Contribute
Be the go-to TA partner for the Restaurant Support Center, advising leaders on market conditions, compensation, and hiring strategy
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles
Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
Set clear expectations for timelines, selection criteria, and feedback loops, driving accountability at every stage of the process
Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and consistent candidate evaluation
Deliver a responsive, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through Day 1
Provide regular pipeline updates and data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes
Contribute to TA transformation initiatives across technology, process, attraction and efficiency improvements
Manage recruiting investments and agency partnerships to ensure effective, well-resourced searches

Salary Range
USD $90,000 - $110,00 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
