Job DescriptionOne Supply Chain Management (OSCM) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. OSCM's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management Or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years Supply Chain Management or Finance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Key experience highlights include; healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting; experience standardizing disparate processes; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Coursework/Training: Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
