The Team

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience who guide clients through major transactions, including M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, system implementations, and organizational change. We help organizations define business strategy and execute transformation initiatives across operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, liquidity and cash reporting, regulatory reporting, risk management, and transactions.

Your Impact
  • Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment, disciplined execution, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior team members to execute strategic initiatives, transformation projects, leadership communications, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Lead client workshops, current-state assessments, requirements-gathering sessions, and executive presentations, drawing on prior experience in similar client-facing environments.
  • Assess complex customer, account, product, transactional, regulatory, and operational environments to identify risks, define future-state requirements, and support successful integration outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous or fragmented business, data, process, and technology realities into clear recommendations, structured decision frameworks, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Facilitate alignment across business, risk, compliance, product, technology, and operations stakeholders when ownership, accountability, control expectations, or interpretation conflicts arise.
  • Design and execute structured test strategies, integration approaches, risk assessments, governance routines, and readiness plans that support transformation, regulatory expectations, and operational sustainability.
  • Identify data-related risks, quantify business and regulatory impact, and support risk-based prioritization decisions.

Your Experience

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or complex financial services, FinTech, insurance, brokerage, Fortune 500 Tech environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to go onsite to clients ~1-3 days per week
  • Ability to assess and map complex data environments across customer, account, product, transactional, and regulatory datasets.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to reconcile conflicting data definitions, ownership models, and legacy platform inconsistencies.
  • Where appropriate, ability to leverage automation or AI-enabled data profiling, lineage, and metadata tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Ability to assess downstream impacts of system changes on controls, reporting, and compliance obligations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in client-facing work in professional services
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to map current-state operations and design future-state workflows across multiple lines of business.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and risk management
  • Advanced degrees, such as MBA or MSA, or certification, such as CPA or equivalent
  • Product management experience
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.

Base Compensation Range

$109,062-$178,411 USD
