What You'll Do As a Manager, you'll lead consulting engagements that help clients solve their most important challenges. You'll work directly with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to guide organizations through complex transformation initiatives. You will have: • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas: • Business Strategy • Technology Strategy • Enterprise Transformation • Enterprise Program or Project Leadership • Business Process Improvement • Organizational Development • Organizational Change Management Operations experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational complexity Demonstrated success developing strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, governance models, operating models, or organizational improvement initiatives Strong communications and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across executive, functional, and technical audiences Experience managing project scope, delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment An understanding of enterprise technology initiatives and how technology enables business transformation A passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow Bachelor's degree required Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Pariveda Benefits • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $139,100-$153,000 annually.
