The Challenge:Global Procurement is responsible for providing strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operations expertise to support T2 and the labels.
The Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Marketing & Professional Services is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across global marketing, media, creative agencies, influencers, and professional services consulting. Based in New York, you will support stakeholders around the world. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Procurement, you will be responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-wide negotiations while ensuring our labels retain the creative flexibility they need to launch world-class entertainment products.
What You'll Take On:- Partner directly with Marketing, PR, Finance, and other stakeholders at T2 and our Labels to understand their creative campaigns and go-to-market strategies. You will balance the need for commercial discipline with the unique, fast-paced requirements of our marketing teams.
- Lead full-cycle sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs) and commercial negotiations for global media buying, creative/brand agencies, influencer management, market research, and professional services.
- Partner closely with Legal and InfoSec to negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and complex Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear deliverables, and transparent fee structures.
- Deconstruct agency pricing models to analyze rate cards, retainer fees, production costs, and commissions to ensure maximum working media and value delivery.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) orchestration platform ("Procurement Center") across all marketing stakeholder groups.
- Provide strategic commercial support on ad-hoc sourcing initiatives across other categories based on the needs of the organization.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a relevant field of study is required.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, category management, or agency-side account management/media planning (candidates with direct experience working inside a major advertising/media agency are highly encouraged to apply).
- Deep understanding of marketing and agency commercial structures, including rate cards, FTE staffing plans, production mark-ups, and working vs. non-working spend analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively build high-trust relationships with highly creative people at all levels across the organization.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative, manage stakeholder dynamics, and work independently.
- Comfort working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $94,700 and $140,180 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits.
