The SCM and Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships (Amazon/Costco) and overseeing order processing and logistics operations. This position ensures seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to strategic projects that enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence and improve satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves participating in initiatives to optimize logistics programs and develop new processes for improved efficiency.
