The UX Platform team aims to improve workflows in the Figma Ecosystem, with a focus on the user experience at the boundary of different features and products. Our goal is to make distinct features within the design editor feel more connected so that both new and experienced users can move as quickly as possible through their creative process. The team tackles complex core product and platform challenges with real revenue implications, shaping Figma's product experiences across teams and impacting how millions of people design and build together every day. We build thoughtful, extensible UI patterns that help our product suite feel more familiar and intuitive. Given the reach of the features and experiences we build, we have an exceptionally high bar for product quality and craftsmanship. Most recently, the team has been focused on improving Agent-driven workflows in the design editor.
