Otis Elevator is seeking a
Manager, Service Operations to lead elevator service operations across the
Anaheim and South Bay, California territory. This hands-on leadership role will oversee a team of field mechanics while managing customer service operations, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and related operational activities. You will partner closely with sales representatives and internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers throughout the territory.
On a typical day you will:- Lead and support a team of field mechanics across the assigned service territory.
- Oversee day-to-day elevator service operations, including customer accounts, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and payroll activities.
- Coordinate staffing, job requirements, materials, and resources to support effective field execution.
- Provide operational support and participate in rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
- Partner with sales representatives and participate in customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate tracking of orders and related service activity.
- Communicate effectively with mechanics, customers, sales representatives, and internal partners.
What you will need to be successful:- High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3 to 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred, with strong knowledge of elevator and escalator service operations.
- Experience working with and supporting field mechanics or technical teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field employees, customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
- Ability to work independently and apply practical knowledge of field operations, staffing, job requirements, and parts needs.
- Service sales or territory management experience is a plus.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, equipment service, or parts distribution may also be considered for candidates without direct elevator industry experience.
- Flexibility to support rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Salary Transparency: The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
