KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Record to Report (R2R) Lead to join our Advisory Services practice
Responsibilities:
· Lead fit-to-standard workshops, solutiondecisions, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud financecapabilities-including Universal Journal and financial close-across generalledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost accounting,intercompany processing, and management reporting, while maintaining alignmentwith the approved solution architecture.
· Provide functional leadership for theRecord-to-Report workstream, shaping scope, solution approach, estimates,delivery planning, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, status reporting,resource needs, and the quality of functional deliverables.
· Manage the R2R backlog, configuration,functional specifications, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, defectresolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, system integration testing, useracceptance testing, regression testing, and business readiness activitiesacross the implementation lifecycle.
· Coordinate integration requirements and designdecisions with Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, ProductionPlanning, banking, tax, data, reporting, security, and controls teams.
· Partner with business process owners to definestandardized future-state processes, business roles, controls, approvalrequirements, and measurable readiness criteria.
· Own R2R master-data and conversion coordination,including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, assets, suppliers,customers, open items, balances, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
· Lead and mentor functional team members andcoordinate delivery across client, onshore, and offshore resources.
· Apply an AI-first, value driven mindset toidentify, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-enabled solutions that can enhanceclient outcomes, business performance, and operational effectiveness. Leveragefoundational AI concepts while upholding KPMG Trusted AI principles to driveethical, secure, and compliant adoption across business processes andsolutions.
· Act with integrity, professionalism, andpersonal responsibility to uphold KPMG's values and foster a respectful,courteous, and ethical work environment.
Qualifications:
· Minimum seven years of SAP Finance experience,including SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloudimplementation.
· SAP Certification is strongly preferred relevantSAP certifications include, but not limited to: "C_S4CFI SAP CertifiedAssociate - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition,Financial Management" and "C_S4FCF SAP Certified Application Associate - SAPS/4HANA for Group Reporting"
· Proven experience leading an SAP R2R or Financeworkstream through fit-to-standard, design, configuration, testing, cutover,deployment, and hypercare.
· Experience with project management toolsincluding SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and Jira.
· Strong knowledge of general ledger, accountspayable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, intercompanyprocessing, financial close, and reporting. Experience with Universal Journal,organizational design, finance master data, data conversion, reconciliation,and cutover planning.
· Ability to facilitate design decisions, managecross-functional dependencies, and communicate effectively with financeleaders, process owners, and technical teams. Proven leadership, coaching,issue-resolution, and client-facing communication skills in a collaborativeimplementation environment.
· Experience supporting solution estimates, workplanning, forecasting, budget tracking, and delivery quality for an SAPfunctional workstream.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity in an appropriate field is required.
· Ability to travel as needed to support clientworkshops, testing, deployment, and other program activities.
