Position Summary:
The Manager of Sales Systems is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of sales technology platforms that enable efficient and effective sales operations. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure sales systems, processes, data, and integrations align with organizational objectives and drive revenue growth.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight of BBU systems, ensuring platform stability, process effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and mentor Sales Systems Analysts and Specialists, building organizational capability and fostering high-performance team engagement.
Drive enterprise-wide communication and change management efforts related to system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
Ensure successful execution of new item introductions through effective system setup, cross-functional coordination, and process governance.
Maintain governance over source chains, product menus, and route contracts to support accurate product sourcing and distribution execution.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to identify, evaluate, and implement value chain optimization strategies that improve service, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex product flow, sourcing, and systems-related issues to ensure seamless business operations.
Direct cross-functional initiatives and special projects, leveraging collaboration and influence to deliver business results and continuous improvement.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
