  • Process Standardization: Identify process gaps and streamline ways of working to ensure sustainable, transparent commercial reporting across the portfolio.

What We're Looking For
  • The Proven Executor: A seasoned finance operator with a background in Sales Finance, Category Finance, Commercial FP&A, or Innovation Finance who loves executing complex initiatives.
  • Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments, design repeatable workflows, and drive alignment across commercial teams.
  • Constructive Partner: The confidence and communication skills to act as a true strategic partner to Sales-guiding investments and pushing back when necessary, backed by data.
  • Commercial Finance Acumen: Strong command of CPG P&L mechanics, trade management, revenue management, and financial forecasting.
