Full Job Description
Your Purpose MSC Cruises, the world's third largest cruise line brand is expanding its Channel Analytics team in the USA. Reporting to the Director, Channel Strategy & Analytics, the Manager, Revenue & Trade Analyticswill lead the evaluation of pricing actions, promotions, channel performance, and other key commercial initiatives, helping the organization understand what drives performance and where opportunities exist to optimize results. Working closely with Revenue Management, Trade Sales, and Channel Analytics teams, this role will help shape commercial strategy and foster a culture of analytical rigor and fact-based decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from the Miami office four days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Your Impact
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management and Trade Sales leadership to provide analytical support that drive pricing and commercial decision-making
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on booking trends, demand patterns, price elasticity, competitive dynamics, and channel performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design and oversee A/B testing and post-mortem evaluation methodologies for pricing actions, promotional offers, channel strategies, and commercial initiatives
  • Lead the measurement and evaluation of pricing actions, promotions, and other commercial initiatives, assessing impact and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee Trade Analytics activities and provide analytical guidance that supports channel KPI reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making across the Trade organization
  • Evaluate Trade channel business performance holistically and identify demand opportunities as well as tactical/promotional efforts
  • Support budgeting/ forecasting, planning, and performance measurement activities through analytical modeling, business reviews, and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
Your Journey so far
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel and SQL/Python with experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience developing analytical models, business cases, forecasts, and frameworks to support commercial decision-making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and visualization tools preferred
  • Experience in the cruise, travel, hospitality, airline, or related industries preferred
