Davidson & Company is on the lookout for an Audit Manager to join our growing Public Company Audit Practice. In this role, you'll lead high-profile engagements, work closely with dynamic clients, and guide our rising audit stars as they sharpen their skills.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same - but here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:

  • Take charge of end-to-end client engagements - from planning to final deliverables - across a diverse portfolio of industries and engagement sizes
  • Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, practical solutions, and top-tier service
  • Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision
  • Translate complex accounting concepts into client-friendly insights (because numbers tell stories, too!)
  • Lead, coach, and inspire junior and senior team members - helping them grow while keeping the vibe positive and productive
  • Stay sharp on all things IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB while driving innovation and efficiency within your teams
  • Be a trusted go-to for your clients, offering proactive advice and guidance that makes a real difference


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • CPA designation (or equivalent) required
  • 5+ years of public practice audit experience
