Job Purpose
Ensures that milestones and program requirements are completed according to the company schedule, with a strong emphasis on the development, coordination and execution of cross functional projects. Interfaces with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other organizations to ensure company milestones are completed according to program requirements and schedule.

Overall success and management of Program schedule
Execution of agreed program goals and objectives (cost, schedule, weight, etc.)
Cross-functional coordination with all Integrated Product Teams and functional leaders
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or Aviation related technical field from a four-year college or university.
