Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)About the Team
The Product Owner is responsible for leading the development and delivery of end-to-end Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost capabilities for the Card Authorizations Platform. Accountable for driving engineering velocity, platform reliability, and operating efficiency across the Cerberus ecosystem through a suite of horizontal, domain-agnostic capabilities that enable all platform teams to ship faster and operate more confidently.
Role Details:
Own the product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across Nirvana's capability pillars — Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost — with direct accountability to platform-level OKRs including Change Failure Rate, Manual Testing Hours, Speed-to-Market, and Cloud Cost efficiency.
Lead discovery and delivery of high-priority initiatives including E2E Customer Journey Testing Automation (Argus), Platform Performance and Chaos Testing, Continuous Deployment Enablement (mOPL / CAP-CDK), Non-Production Environmental Stability, and more.
Collaborate with technical partners to define requirements, evaluate tooling options, and maintain an adopt-first posture for scalable, extensible capability delivery
Serve a diverse set of internal customers — from software engineers needing reliable test environments and fast deployment feedback, to engineering leaders needing standardized practices and compliance confidence, to platform leadership needing visibility into operating costs across critical infrastructure (e.g. Cloud), programs (e.g. Discover) and processes (e.g. testing)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate6#8217;s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
