About the Role

As Manager, Product & Client Solutions, you will collaborate directly with some of the industry's most sophisticated institutions to drive adoption of Avantos AI and enable large-scale AI transformation. In this role, you will help define our R&D agenda by providing valuable input for continued product testing and iteration. Success in this position requires a strategic outlook coupled with operational execution.

Partnering closely with engineers, you will help translate real-world client needs into actionable product insights, contribute to solution design, and optimize how our technology is deployed. You will also shape our R&D roadmap by maintaining a close feedback loop between clients and engineering, ensuring our products evolve to create lasting, meaningful impact for the institutions we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in a pod structure with Engineering and Product teams to drive enterprise client engagement, product success, and implementation of Avantos AI
  • Support and occasionally lead client communications, requirements gathering, coordination, and project management
  • Work alongside technical teams to design technology solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy
  • Partner with teammates to inform product roadmap priorities and support AI solutioning


Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation at an enterprise SaaS or financial services organization
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex, multi-stakeholder implementations involving senior-level stakeholders
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Technical acumen, including familiarity with technology concepts, software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and comfort in technical discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both non-technical and executive audiences


Preferred Qualifications
  • Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative disciplines
