Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a data-driven commercial operator to own what we sell, what it should cost, what we should make, and what customers pay. You'll build our global SKU-level pricing and margin model, shape our assortment, and work directly on major deals. Partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain, you'll turn hands-on analysis into scalable standards for our B2B technology business. This is an individual contributor role with no people-management requirement and the opportunity to help build allwhere's merchant function.
What You'll Do
📊 Pricing & Margin
  • Build and maintain pricing and margin models for every existing and new SKU across markets, incorporating vendor costs, currency, and regional economics
  • Set pricing guardrails and target margins; track competitiveness and profitability to identify and resolve margin leakage
🤝 Deal Pricing & Commercial Support
  • Partner on every major deal initially, establishing vendor cost, target margin, and customer pricing before quotes are finalized
  • Evaluate special pricing and commercial tradeoffs with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain; turn deal insights into repeatable guidance
💻 Assortment & Merchandising
  • Use customer demand and SKU performance to identify assortment gaps, remove duplication, and establish preferred products
  • Partner with Product and customer-facing teams on how products are surfaced, positioned, and recommended in the app and to customers
🔍 Product & Market Intelligence
  • Build deep expertise in laptops, accessories, and related technology; track specifications, product lifecycles, and competitive offerings
  • Translate market pricing, customer needs, and product performance into clear recommendations on selection and positioning
🌐 OEM & Channel Economics
  • Support OEM and distributor relationships with product expertise and analysis of costs, rebates, partner programs, and special pricing
  • Identify opportunities to improve effective vendor cost and incorporate channel economics into deal and SKU-level margin decisions
⚙ Systems & Scalability
  • Build dashboards and reliable data workflows to track pricing coverage, competitiveness, assortment performance, and margin
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to turn manual analysis into pricing tools, approval rules, and repeatable processes as we scale
What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of experience in pricing, merchandising, category management, or commercial analytics within technology distribution, B2B resale, or marketplaces
  • A track record of owning pricing and margin decisions and translating analysis into commercial results
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, strong SQL skills, and experience with BI tools and large SKU-level datasets
  • Understanding of vendor economics, competitive pricing, and customer value; experience with OEMs or distributors is a plus
  • Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to make clear recommendations with incomplete information
  • Hands-on execution, cross-functional influence, and experience building practical systems in a fast-changing environment
  • Build the foundation of our pricing and merchandising function with direct ownership of selection and margin
  • Work across the business with visible impact on customer experience and commercial performance
  • Grow your scope as allwhere's product offering, markets, and merchant function expand
