Description:

In this role, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the immediate and direct supervision of all pharmacy staff members, all department supervisory staff and subordinates, staff pharmacists, interns, technicians, volunteers and clerkship externship students. Directs the workflow of pharmacy staff in coordinating proper staffing and coverage of all pharmacy areas, services and related functions

This is a full-time position day or evening shift, including rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria:
  • Master's of Science in Pharmacy, Master of Business Administration or a Master's in Public Health.
  • American Society of health- system Pharmacists accredited residency.


Required Criteria:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Degree from an ACPE-accredited college of Pharmacy.
  • 3 years of relevant practice.
  • Currently licensed and Registered Pharmacist in New York State.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$165,000-$217,000/Annual
