Manager, People Technology & Process
We are seeking a Manager, People Technology & Process, to lead the systems, processes, and service delivery model that power our employee experience. As the primary steward of our HR technology ecosystem, including our HRIS, ATS, employee lifecycle processes, data governance, reporting, and analytics, this role drives operational excellence through automation, standardization, and disciplined project execution. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and serves as a strategic partner in developing and executing the organization's people technology roadmap, driving innovation, efficiency, and an enhanced employee experience.
What You'll Do
• Own and administer our HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, workflows, integrations, and employee self-service capabilities.
• Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and process transformation projects from planning through stabilization.
• Partner with Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Finance, and business leaders to ensure effective system design and integration.
• Develop and maintain scalable HR processes that improve employee and manager experiences while increasing operational efficiency.
• Establish and continuously enhance shared services capabilities, including ticketing platforms, service level agreements, knowledge bases, and self-service tools.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards, workforce analytics, and operational metrics that provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across all people systems.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and reduction of manual administrative activities.
• Manage HR technology vendors and external partners, including issue resolution, roadmap planning, and contract performance.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, change management, training, and adoption efforts for technology initiatives.
• Support organizational growth, acquisitions, restructures, and other business initiatives through scalable people systems and processes.

Qualifications
Experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, People Operations, HRIS, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership, project leadership, or program management experience.
• Proven experience owning and administering an enterprise HRIS platform, including workflows, integrations, and employee self-service functionality.
• Demonstrated success leading HR technology or process transformation projects from planning through stabilization.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to design and implement HR systems and processes.
• Experience building and maintaining HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics for business stakeholders.
• Experience working within a sophisticated HR shared services environment is strongly preferred.
Education
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience).
Skills & Abilities
• Working knowledge of HR data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and analytics solutions for executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and leading through ambiguity.
Location & Work Environment
A hybrid work scheduled based out of our Tempe, AZ or Coppell, TX offices.
