Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People & Organization (P&O) for Tasty & Wholesome, the Manager, P&O Business Partner leads critical performance and talent management, culture and engagement, and people analytics initiatives across the Tasty & Wholesome business, supporting brands such as MorningStar Farms®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop-Tarts®, as well as the Better For You portfolio, including RXBAR®, Nutri-Grain®, KIND®, Pure Organic®, and Kashi. A Taste of What You Will Be Doing • Workforce Analytics - Analyze workforce data and reporting insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations that support informed business and talent decisions. • People Processes - Coordinate and support execution of key people processes, including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and other annual people programs. • Stakeholder Partnership - Partner with leaders, associates, and P&O colleagues to ensure effective communication, process execution, and a consistent associate experience across businesses. • Culture & Engagement - Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives by helping design, organize, and execute activities that strengthen associate experience, team effectiveness, and organizational performance. • Project Management - Manage and deliver key P&O projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying issues, and supporting implementation of organizational and people-related initiatives.
