Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Manager of Endpoint Management, Mac Support, MDM [Mobile Device Management] and Epic Workstation Management techs supervises and leads the team responsible for the management and administration of all endpoint devices on the Upstate network, including Windows, Apple (macOS and iOS), and Android platforms, and ensures high standards of service delivery across all device platforms. This highly technical role provides and ensures the delivery of advanced troubleshooting support; participates in strategic decisions for the IMT-Customer Support Services department; drives the implementation of new technologies; and promotes the development of optimized workflows. The manager also collaborates with and informs stakeholders on the alignment of technology solutions that enable organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (STEM) and 4 years of experience supporting Windows, Apple (macOS and iOS), and Android devices required, or Associates degree (STEM) and 6 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with Intune, MECM and JAMF management
-1-2 years supervisory experience

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
