Full Job Description
The manager provides leadership, direction, administration and supervises, plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the Nurse Contact Center to ensure accomplishment of its objectives. Identifies opportunities to improve patient experience. Participates in projects/programs designed to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Identifies opportunities to improve the Environment of Care, and patient and staff safety. Participates in projects and programs designed to create a safe environment to avoid error. HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day shift. Experience/Qualifications - Associate degree in Nursing minimum. - Bachelor's degree in nursing is highly preferred. - Five - Seven years of nursing including at least 3 years in direct clinic management/operations preferred. - Possesses a high level of resourcefulness, innovation, and interpersonal and critical thinking skills. - Ability to use independent sound judgement and decision-making. - Ability to deal with high degree of variation and frequent interruptions. - Ability to prioritize workload. - Ability to collaborate including building, leading, motivating and coordinating activities of a cross-functional and or/ multi-corporate team. - Possesses project management and analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes. - Strong personal management skills to direct work of and motivate assigned staff. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills include the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. - Understanding general business concepts and regulatory environment, especially those affecting the Patient Access areas. - Ability to organize and integrate organization priorities and deadlines. - Ability to prepare comprehensive reports. - Position requires travel. - Strong troubleshooting skills - Possess conflict resolution skills. - Strong customer orientation. - Professionalism.
