Join Deloitte's growing Microsoft Business Applications practice and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot/AI, Contact Center, Field Service, and Project Operations.

Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Engagement Leadership

• Lead client engagements by understanding strategic business objectives, advising executives on transformation roadmaps, and shaping innovative Microsoft-based solutions that deliver business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight

• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical best practices, and Deloitte delivery standards.
• Provide guidance on complex solution architecture, integrations, data migration, security, and emerging capabilities including Copilot/AI and Power Pages.

Program & Project Leadership

• Manage multiple project workstreams and delivery teams across all phases of implementation, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants by providing performance feedback, career guidance, and technical leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Practice Growth & Innovation

• Drive the continued growth of Deloitte's Microsoft Business Applications practice by identifying market opportunities, developing new offerings, and evaluating emerging technologies and industry solutions.
• Champion innovation in areas such as Copilot/AI, Omnichannel, Contact Center, and advanced Power Platform capabilities.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

• Lead or contribute to business development activities including client presentations, solution demonstrations, estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support account growth initiatives.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including 3+ years in a project leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated consulting experience leading client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships within complex enterprise environments.
• Functional & Technical Expertise
• Deep expertise across one or more Dynamics 365 solution areas, including Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service), Field Service, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Center, Marketing, or Commerce.
  Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and governance best practices.
• Experience with Azure services, integrations, DevOps, security models, and enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience leading large-scale data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Leadership & Consulting Skills
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project deliveries from inception through deployment.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project financials, delivery quality, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated success contributing to sales pursuits, proposal development, and practice growth initiatives.
• Passion for coaching and developing talent while driving a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  Certifications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are strongly preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, or Azure certifications are considered an asset.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
