This role is ideal for a marketer, strategist, or business operations leader who enjoys driving organizational effectiveness, leading cross-functional initiatives, and translating complex business priorities into action across a large, matrixed organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic One Marketing and CDG Operations
  • Lead core One Marketing and Center for Demand Generation routines, helping establish priorities, enable decision-making, and maintain the operating rhythm required to drive execution.
  • Drive alignment on key initiatives by shaping agendas and content, engaging the right stakeholders, and ensuring decisions and actions move forward effectively.
  • Continuously evolve team routines and engagement approaches based on business priorities, organizational learnings, and seasonal needs to improve effectiveness, focus, and collaboration.
  • Support brand and business planning processes by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, cross-functional alignment, and clear next steps.

  • Lead implementation of Nestlé USA's Trust & Transparency strategy by partnering with technical and content experts to shape priorities, tailor workstreams, and enable execution through playbooks, tools, and coaching.
  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner across key forums, translating priorities into coordinated action across the broader Trust & Transparency organization.
  • Amplify progress, milestones, and key advancements in ways that build understanding, credibility, and trust among internal and external stakeholders.

Marketing Transformation and Capability Development
  • Help shape the future of the marketing function by identifying capability needs and partnering with Learning & Development to deliver tools, training, and enablement solutions that drive adoption at scale.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical tools, resources, and content that accelerate adoption, reinforce best practices, and strengthen marketing excellence across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business training preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, business operations, management consulting, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into cross-functional plans and execution.
  • Experience in CPG or other complex, matrixed organizations strongly preferred, particularly in roles requiring cross-functional influence, structured planning, and operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business insights and organizational priorities to practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • High degree of ownership and self-direction, with the ability to operate independently and move work forward with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages, facilitate alignment, and build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, bring structure to complex work, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
