Full Job Description
OBJECTIVE: Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing excellence across Joseph Ribkoff's wholesale business (and newly developed retail division and travel retail), ensuring a consistent brand experience while supporting partner growth and sell-through performance. This role serves as the bridge between Brand, Sales, and Retail Partners, leading B2B marketing initiatives, co-operative marketing programs, partner activations, and wholesale marketing infrastructure. As a guardian of the brand, the Marketing Manager ensures all wholesale marketing activities align with brand standards while maximizing commercial results and strengthening relationships with retail and distribution partners globally. Responsibilities: B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution • Own and manage the annual wholesale marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities. • Develop sales team and marketing creative briefs and execution plans that clearly communicate objectives, audience, messaging, timelines, and success metrics. • Shape and uphold marketing language, messaging, and tone across all wholesale marketing communications. • Partner with the creative, brand, digital, and sales teams to coordinate execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. COOP Marketing Programs • Lead the development and execution of co-op marketing initiatives with strategic retail partners. • Manage launch plans, promotional programs, media investments, and partner activations. • Establish and track KPIs to ensure co-op investments deliver measurable results. • Provide strategic recommendations to maximize partner participation and commercial impact. • Analyze program performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Partner Activation & Sell-Through Support • Collaborate closely with the global sales organization to support wholesale growth objectives. • Develop and execute partner marketing programs that drive customer engagement and sell-through. • Evaluate activation opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, strategic goals, and financial targets. • Support key account launches, in-store events, retail activations, and market-specific initiatives. • Establish frameworks for measuring activation effectiveness and ROI. Wholesale Marketing Infrastructure & Tools • Own and continuously optimize wholesale marketing resources, toolkits, and partner-facing materials. • Act as a key administrator and champion for Bynder (Digital Asset Management platform), ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and current. • Develop, maintain, and evolve wholesale marketing guidelines, timelines, processes, and workflows. • Educate internal teams and external partners on available marketing resources and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations. • Work with a variety of global vendors on printing, GWP development, activation seasonally and as needed. Brand Governance & Consistency • Ensure all partner marketing activities, creative assets, and customer-facing communications align with brand standards. • Guide partners and internal stakeholders on proper brand usage and marketing compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a unified brand experience across markets and channels. • Support the ongoing development and implementation of brand guidelines and governance processes. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or related disciplines. • Experience working with retail, wholesale, or consumer brands, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods. • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and partner relationships and multi-tier account networks and ability to scale processes • Highly organized and operational minded with strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to balance brand stewardship with commercial objectives. • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and program performance. • Experience managing marketing calendars, launches, and multi-channel campaigns. • Familiarity with digital asset management systems, marketing platforms, and reporting tools. • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand excellence. • Experience in omnichannel or DTC transformation is a major plus
