Job Description:Job Summary:As the
Manager, Logistics, you will lead and oversees logistics and distribution operations across multiple facilities and value streams, driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:- Designs and optimizes logistics plans and processes to meet internal partner needs while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Leads and develops a team of section managers and frontline leaders to effectively execute logistics activities and achieve operational objectives.
- Develops and maintains systems and metrics to monitor safety, quality, velocity, and cost performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

- Distribution Center Management: Knowledge of distribution center management; ability to operate a warehouse or distribution center that handles the flow of goods from supplier to production to customer.
- Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
What You Will Get:Summary Pay Range:$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
