Job Overview
The Systems & Data Manager (Integrated Data) plays a critical role in shaping how data is managed, integrated, andleveragedacross DePuy Synthes’ commercial and education functions. This position will lead efforts to design and implement scalable data architectures and ensure reliable, secure access tohighqualitydata. The role offers the opportunity to drive data-driven decision making, improve business processes, and support innovative solutions that enhance customer and patient impact.
Define and execute strategies for enterprise data architecture, integration, and system connectivity across platforms. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, databases, and integration solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, accessibility, and compliance through effective governance frameworks and controls. Lead initiatives to enhance data storage, performance, scalability, and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifybusiness needs and deliver technology-enabled data solutions. Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingand implementingnew technologiesor alternative uses of existing systems.Establishand maintain data standards, policies, and processes across the organization.Monitorsystem performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data strategy and best practices.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field required
Mastersdegree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
Required:
Experience leading data, systems, or technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of data architecture, systems integration, and database management
Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance standards
Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Experience working across multiple platforms and integrating hardware, software, and network systems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address system compatibility and performance challenges
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
Familiarity with data warehousing, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools
Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architecture frameworks
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams
Experience driving digital transformation or large-scale data initiatives
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks
Certifications in data management, cloud technology, or project management
Other:
Travel: Up to 10 620% (domestic)
Language: English required
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, DAMA) preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
