The IT PMO owns the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing lifecycle of one or more of Lincoln's core technology platforms supporting property management, asset management, leasing, and development operations. This role partners directly with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into product requirements, prioritizes enhancements and releases based on business value, and ensures the platforms in their portfolio remain reliable and continue to evolve with the business. This role reports to the Head of IT, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Operating Officer.

- Evaluate new features, integrations, and third-party tools against business needs and total cost of ownership.
- Act as the subject matter expert on assigned platforms, providing guidance to internal teams and end users.

- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical business stakeholders and translate them into actionable product plans.
